Adults and children alike look forward to Halloween in which they can dress up in their favorite characters to attend parties and go trick-or-treating. A lot of money is spent on Halloween decorations, costumes, and of course, goodies!

This year the trends for Halloween costumes include Disney characters from Hannah Montana and High School Musical, princesses and mermaids are still very popular among young girls, Indiana Jones, and characters from Star Wars. Iron Man and Pikachu are also on the top ten for Halloween this year.

This year is no exception the Star Wars characters are still extremely popular. Debuting its costume this year is Clonetrooper Leader Rex which is sure to please alot of little boys. This jumpsuit comes with body armor, belt, and a helmet. Probably the most popular characters from the Star Wars sagas are Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader. The Luke Skywalker costume comes in a complete package which consists of a mask, belt, tunic and armor, and pants with boots attached. A jumpsuit, chest piece, helmet, belt, mask, and cape are all included in the Darth Vader costume to make it complete. Trick-or-treaters can be a Star Wars hero or join the dark side with these great choices of costumes.

At the top of the list for favorites this year will be characters from Disney films School Musical and Hannah Montana. Sharpay is sure to be a favorite. The costume consists of gold pants, a sequin top, and of course, a headband! And you can't leave out the pink sunglasses. This year many young girls will want to be Hannah Montana for Halloween. The Hannah Montana costume would not be complete without the glittery microphone and blonde wig.

Speaking of Disney, Disney princesses and mermaids are always a classic favorite at Halloween. Whether you are a little girl or an adult woman, there’s a little “princess” inside. You can find these princess costumes in many stores. Any girl young or old can find a sparkling mermaid costume in their size.

Indiana Jones is on our top ten list for costumes this year. The Indiana Jones costume has the famous jacket with pants, shirt, and also the hat.

Many little boys will want to be Iron Man this year due to the release of the movie. Super heroes are always Halloween favorites among men and boys! And can you believe that Pokemon’s Pikachu costume is still a hit for toddlers. Any toddler would like cute in this halloween costume.
