Stimulus Check and Turbo Tax?

I filed via turbotax. I used the Free edition that had no fee's so i dont think i had any fee's taken out of my refund as ive been reading online if you had you fee's taken out of your refund you would be getting a paper check from some bank. I also was reading that if you got your wire from the treasury department you would be getting direct deposit. Our's came from the US treasury not from a bank that loaned it.

Any answers on to how I will be getting my stimulus? Wire Or Check?

How will i be getting my stimulus?

The answer to that question is: it depends. If you paid the fee up front, the IRS knows your bank acct number and routing number. Double checking your refund amount should confirm if no fees were withheld and diverted to Intuit.

But there's a complicating factor. You really need to call the IRS. If you had an Health Savings Accounts and/or other Tax-Favored Health Plans, you overpaid your income taxes! There's a bug in the Turbo tax software. Turbotax says that you have a larger income tax liability than you actually have. The IRS is going to make you fill an amended 1040X income tax return.

For the stimulus check, there is a complication, also. Here is one testimonial:
"Hope this can answer a ??? for some that used turbo tax.... which I did. It didnt {sic} automatically check the box that a child qualified for child tax credit...line 6c i believe. Which would normally be checked even if you didnt{sic} qualify for the credit. Hence {,} even though you have them as a dependent you dont{sic} get credit....... I spent an hour on the phone with {the} irs and was told ...too bad {;} nothing you can do except ask for it next yr maybe. And you cant {sic} file an amended return to fix the problem. Yea{,} right. And I will never{,} ever use turbo tax again!"
So it depends. You have to be careful.
