Good Marvel Comics or Events?
I just got a month of free access to Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited. Before I redeem it I want to figure out what i am going to read. I know for sure i am going to read through the Civil War. Are there any other good events or story lines i should read with the month i have? I think i remeber reading somewhere that the death of spider man was coming up soon? What should i read to prepare for that? Ultimate Spiderman?
I would recommend Planet Hulk followed by World War Hulk. Other events to try are Armor Wars and Annihilation.
The "Prelude to Death of Spider-Man" has been released with Ultimate Spider-Man #153. If you have time, read 'Ultimate Spider-Man' then 'Ultimate Comics Spider-Man'. Ultimate Spider-Man went for 133 issues and started over with Ultimate Comics Spider-Man....then Marvel went back to the Ultimate Spider-Man numbering with issue 150. I don't have a clue what to read to prepare you for the new storyline. If you are short on time, just start with 'Ultimate Comics Spider-Man'.
