I normally use stainless steel and cast iron pots and pans and I was expecting a light feel with the aluminium of the Anolon Advanced Bronze 10 Piece Cookware Set, but that was not the case. They are not quite as heavy as the cast iron pans, but certainly have some weight to them. The handles feel comfortable, cool when in use and slip free! The lids fit well on the pots and the handles of the stockpot are far enough away from the pot so you won't burn your fingers. The Dupont Autograph 2® non-stick coating is great. We love the sauté pan and it's in constant use, it hardly makes it back to the cupboard, which is fine as they look marvellous on display. 5 out of 5 stars for this set!

The Anolon Advanced Bronze 10-Piece Cookware Set is the best set of pans I have ever had the pleasure in cooking with in 30 years! They look fantastic. The cooking process is quicker and the food cooks more thoroughly than any other pan I have used and the clean-up afterwards is the cherry on the cake. I highly recommend this set and plan on getting more in the future.
