The Things You Might Find While Spring Cleaning

Cleaning up in your garage may be a fun and interesting thing. Often it is filled with many fond childhood memories. When you consider what you might find amongst boxes closeted away. Perhaps you may begin reminiscing about your youth with a friend while looking through boxes. Many times those simple stories are the most entertaining and can make cleaning up go by quickly.

Sometimes opening a box can lead to a gasp of pleasure at seeing your treasured dreadnought acoustic guitar that you babied. Many a long practice session with close friends can lead to the most interesting tales. Maybe there is even a story or two about swooning fans, or an exciting time up on a stage performing for all your friends.

There can be less than pleasant memories as well, such as learning to ride your first bike might have been an exciting time, as well as a painful one. Although surely there was many moments where a story might have laughter filled events.

Perhaps you may come across your ski equipment and remember the time when you first went down an advanced trail. The excitement mounting as the wind blew past your face, and then your giro ski helmet slid over your eyes. The wipe out was comical and fondly remembered because no one got hurt. Sometimes spring cleaning can be a time to make new memories with friends.

Having favorite toys can lead to some excellent stories. Oddly enough an argument over a game of sorry might indeed have you saying sorry to your opponent. Some of the most valuable times spent with siblings and friends might be over a friendly board game.

With more than one person doing all the work, and someone to amuse yourself with interesting tales of experiences, you will find that the time will fly by. As well as not having a possessive pull towards any particular item, a friend can help you get rid of the assortment of items that you have collected over the years and have no feasible use for.

Occasionally you might find the most unexpected surprises in a box, especially one filled with an uncle's belongings. Consider yourself warned though, unexpected things may shock you, such as his collection of erotic comics. With a peal of merriment, surely you both can remove the box so that you can make room for things more appropriate to your home. Keep your prized family heirlooms and get rid of anything you do not need anymore.
