Interesting extracurricular activities?
I am a high school junior and am looking for some different activities. For the last 2 years I have been on the rowing team, been in key club and chinese club, and have been volunteering at the local zoo for a year now. I am changing things up a little bit this year because my interests have changed so I will be doing tech crew for the school plays, key club, chinese club, french club, and zoo, but I want to be able to show colleges my other interests like photography and conservation efforts but I don't know how to. Please give me some ideas.
Ah take up photography, it is a great hobby.
there are some pretty nice cameras that aren't that expensive. and you don't necessarily need a great one to take good pictures.
Where i went to school, there was a whole class for photography, showing how to capture the absolute best of all your pictures.
it's not exactly something you can just ' pick up' in a few weeks, but it's well worth it. it really helps you appreciate the little things of life.
