My Great Safari Quest
The title is not supposed to be at all misleading, this is a reconstruction of my own story while I was on safari. It all started around Christmas time 2007 I decided to actually go on a proper trip something that would give me a lot more pleasure then just relaxing in the sun, drinking and going for a dip.
So I decided to look through a brochure and I came across some amazing safari holidays. They were a bit out of my price range as I only worked part time, but I had to go this was a once in a lifetime event that I was not going to miss for the world. So I decided to save all my wages and pay for the trip.
The months leading up to summer flew by and I was soon on my way to my Kenya holidays. When I touched on the ground a small group of us got taken in a coach and make are way to the wilderness. The night was near sowe decided to camp down and start a fire. The tour day cam by pretty quickly and I saw some amazing sights and animals along the way.
Night struck again, we were all tired so decided to hit the sack. I was well asleep and we all got woken up by a loud noise. We unzipped the tent and there was about 3 gigantic elephants heading straight for us. Everyone got shocked I had to take a stand I quickly got them all out of the huts and we headed straight for high lands. It was like something out of the movie Jurassic Park. I was like rambo I saved the whole team. If you are looking for an adventure than go on a safari holiday I sure will be again soon.
