What is this comic trying to say about fat people?

is it trying to say that the skinny people shouldn't critisize a fat person, because they're just as bad?
cause the girls in the comic look fine to me.. they don't look anorexic
i'm bored, so i'm just asking..
It's probably taken out of context. I do not see a point to the comic segment.
On second thought, the girls do look super skinny. Look at the arms/legs/ribs.
