Anyone know what comic Shepherd is reading on the "Miller's Crossing" episode of Stargate:Atlantis?
It's at the end of the episode when Shepherd and McKay are talking. All I can make out on the cover is "Comics Presents" and at the bottom "Capers". It looks like it has the DC logo on the cover, but one of the panels on the inside looks kinda like Spider-Man. For all I know, however, this could just be a mock-up prop.
It took me a little while to confirm but:
It was the Amazing Avenger which is a comic book they made up in Avenger 2.0 on SG-1. (first source)
But since it wasn't explained how the person got the info I looked for further information. (second source)
Apparently, the comic belonged to Ford in the beginning, it is shown in s1 ep18 (The Gift), in Ford's bedroom:
